A 30 yrs old male presented with the complaint of sparse hair in some part of beard since puberty. He had already taken some medicine to grow the hair on beard without any improvement. So, he had come for hair transplant in Delhi at our clinic. On examination we found that he had good amount of hair on moustache and chin region but rest of beard had very sparse hair. there was no history of hair in affected area which eventually loss, so diagnosis of congenital hypotrichia of beard was made.He chose FUE Hair transplant from scalp for his beard reconstruction. He was given 1800 grafts by FUE technique in single day. The surgery was uneventful and the patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition. We are hereby presenting his pictures 8 months post surgery.
